Source: Atomenergoprom guidance for 10 bln rbl bonds at 7.7–7.8%
MOSCOW, Jun 22 (PRIME) -- Atomenergoprom, part of Russia’s state nuclear corporation Rosatom, has set the first coupon guidance for a 10 billion ruble issue of 5-year green exchange bonds at 7.70–7.80% annually, a banking source told PRIME on Tuesday.
The guidance corresponds to a yield to maturity of 7.85–7.95% annually.
The raised funds will be used to refinance construction of 660 megawatt (MW) of wind power plants.
The issue will carry semiannual coupons.
The technical placement is preliminarily scheduled for June 25.
Alfa-Bank, VTB Capital, Gazprombank, Credit Bank of Moscow, Otkritie FC Bank, Russian Agricultural Bank, Sovcombank, and Sberbank CIB are the organizers.
